Apr. LM announced that it has formed a strategic capital and business alliance with Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. (currently known as Recruit Co., Ltd.)
Jun. LM announced that it has made a strategic investment in Showcase Gig Inc.
Nov. LM announced that it has formed a strategic capital and business alliance with Japan Airlines Co., Ltd.

LM announced that Lawson, Inc. has agreed to underwrite capital increase of new shares issued by LM.

LM announced its expansion of the Coalition Loyalty Program "Ponta" to Indonesia in 2015.
